SAFE completed the design, under the direction of Exxel Pacific, for all electrical systems and all low voltage systems. The development includes two buildings, seven levels of market rate residential construction, 259 dwelling units, numerous retail suites, and secure parking. This complex is located in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood within the Pike/Pine Overlay District.
